About Me
I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor with over ten years' clinical experience.
I have worked across NHS, voluntary-sector, and private practice settings, supporting adults with a range of emotional and relational difficulties. My experience includes psychodynamic psychotherapy and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) in NHS primary care.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London, alongside further psychodynamic training.
My Approach
My work is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, relationships, and patterns that may have developed through earlier experiences and continue to shape your life today.
I work relationally, meaning that the therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the work. This can help us understand how you relate to yourself and others, and create space for new ways of thinking and relating.
